The iFoodlab Partner Programme is for consultants and advisers who work with food producers. Bring a client onto iFoodlab, help set it up, and earn 35% of the setup fee and 15% of every month's subscription for as long as you remain their partner.
Why partner
You write the manual. The client files it. Six months later the records are behind, the procedures have drifted from the floor, and you're back rebuilding what should have been maintained. You charge for the rebuild, but you'd rather charge for judgement. iFoodlab puts the system where the production happens, so your client's records are produced by running the factory, not by remembering to fill in a form. Your role moves from writing documents to keeping the business honest, and you get paid for the relationship, not the paperwork.
How it works
Tell us about your practice and the producers you serve. We review within ten working days.
A partner account, your referral link, a sandbox tenant to learn on, and a two-hour working session with our team.
Register the lead before they sign up, or have them sign up with your link. Run the setup interview with them if you choose; the agent does the heavy lifting.
35% of the setup fee when it's collected, 15% of each month's subscription for as long as you remain the client's active partner. Statements monthly, paid by EFT.

A worked example
A client on the Assist plan ($699 / month ex VAT) paying setup: you earn $263 on signing and $105 every month after. Ten Assist clients: $1,050 a month recurring, for work you'd have done anyway. Fifteen clients across Core and Watch: in the region of $1,430 to $2,000 a month.
Paid on revenue iFoodlab has actually collected, in the month after collection.
The client's plan changes, your share changes with it: upgrades pay more, downgrades less.
When setup is waived (annual payment, Incubator), there's no setup commission; the recurring share still applies.
If the client stops paying, the share stops. If they come back, it resumes.
You remain the active partner while you are the partner of record and have had contact with the client in the last twelve months. If a client asks to change partner, we honour it after notice to you.
Your share is a percentage of what the client actually pays, in their billing currency: a client billed in rand earns you rand, a client billed in USD earns you USD. It isn't indexed to the dollar, so a weaker rand doesn't change your rand share.
Commission is paid ex VAT. Partners registered for VAT invoice us; we self-bill for those who aren't. Full terms in the partner agreement.
What you get
Your own, with sample data, to learn and demonstrate on.
Two hours live with us, then a short certification inside the system. Certified partners are listed on this page.
A one-page leave-behind, a demo script, and a proposal template with your name on it.
See your clients' setup progress and subscription status — without their operational data unless they grant it.
A direct channel to our team for anything a client of yours raises.
New modules and agent capabilities reach partners before general release.
What we ask
You're paid for the relationship. If you're not in touch, you're not the partner.
Partners don't discount. The price on our site is the price. If a client needs a founder's or Incubator rate, they qualify through us, and your share is of what they pay.
iFoodlab is designed for FSSC 22000 and other GFSI-recognised schemes. It does not certify anyone and it does not replace a certification body. Say what it does; we've written it down for you.
Who qualifies
We'd rather have twenty partners who place clients than two hundred who hold a link. Applications are reviewed, not auto-approved.
Ten minutes. We reply within ten working days.
Straight answers
No. The price is the same; the partner is paid by iFoodlab. A client pays list whether they come to us directly or through you — your commission comes from us, not from a mark-up on them.
No. You can refer with a link, but we pay for the relationship, and the recurring share depends on you staying the client's active partner. Dropping links earns nothing for long.
No. The setup agent does most of the work. Many partners sit in on the setup interview because it's the fastest way to understand the client's operation; some leave it to the client entirely. Either way, you're paid the same.
Yes. Your consulting fees are between you and your client. Our commission is separate and comes from us.
No. Partners sell at list. Founder's and Incubator rates are qualified through us and apply regardless of who brought the client.
If they return within twelve months and you're still their partner of record, your share resumes.
Your share continues for as long as you meet the active-partner definition. If you wind down, tell us; the existing shares pay for up to twelve months from your last client contact.
We build and run the system. We don't consult, audit or train for certification. We send people who need that to partners.
For the first intake, yes. We'll open other countries as we launch there, and partners who are already in get first access.
