About iFoodlab

We built this because we needed it.

iFoodlab is a food safety and operations platform built by a food manufacturer — not a software house. We make chocolate, roast coffee and blend powders, and we couldn't find a system a business our size could set up and actually keep running. So we built one, and now we're putting it within reach of every food producer.

The problem we lived

A retailer asked for a certified system. The options didn't fit.

Like every growing producer, we got the email: a certified food safety system, before they'd list us. The enterprise platforms were built for plants twenty times our size, priced to match, and needed a QA department and a consultant to stand them up. The alternative was spreadsheets, paper and a binder that stopped moving the day the person who built it moved on.

We wanted food safety that a small team could set up in days, keep audit-ready every day, and run without a food safety degree — one system for the manual, HACCP plan, records, inventory, traceability, suppliers, people and deliveries, instead of five tools stitched together.

What we built

Not software beside the factory. The factory.

iFoodlab isn't a form people fill in next to production — it's the way production runs. You can't pack until the line check passes. You can't release until QC is recorded. Stock is the sum of signed movements, never a number someone typed. That's why the audit trail is always there, and why quality stops depending on who's on shift.

An AI agent does the heavy lifting of setup: describe your products and lines, and it drafts your FSMS — the manual, HACCP plan, procedures, records and registers — written for your products and allergens. You review and approve each section; nothing is saved until a person signs off. The AI advises; it never signs.

Proof, not theory

Our own plant runs on it.

This platform runs our factory, and our own FSSC 22000 system lives in it. It's penetration tested and checked on every release. Everything we show a producer is something we use on a Tuesday — not a demo built for a sales call.
